Shared room at Guelph, Guelph

Hi there! My name is Sheila and I'm a young professional living in West Willow Neighbourhood in Guelph. Located right on a bus line and across the street from a lovely park with tennis courts, a splash pad, and a walking trail, this two bedroom condo is quiet respite from busy life. I live in the Master bedroom and am looking to lend out my second bedroom. I live with a dog, so you must be okay with dogs! In-suite Laundry, partially shared bathroom (shared shower, but we will use separate bathrooms) with access to a fully equipped kitchen and some pantry space along with fast wifi, a pool in the summer and a gym and sauna all year round. I'm open to sharing a weekly meal if you would like, or doing our own separate thing. Looking for a quiet, dog-friendly guest for up to 6-month stays! Don't hesitate to reach out!
