How it works
1. Search and compare
Erasmus Play is a 100% verified student accommodation comparator. You can compare more than 200,000 verified student accommodation offers worldwide and find the one that is perfect for you.
We show you real photos and videos of each property. which ensures a secure and stress-free rental experience from start to finish.
Each accommodation has different policies, so make sure to read up on them!
2. Book your accommodation
Once you have found your ideal accommodation, you will be redirected to the platform of our trusted partner to make the reservation.
When you make a booking request, it will take up to 48 hours for the landlord to respond.
As an extra security step, your first payment is made through our partner. This money will be transfered to the landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
3. Confirmation
As soon as the landlord accepts the booking, the payment method you have provided will be automatically charged.
From that moment on, you will be in direct contact with the owner.
You can arrange your move-in time, key collection, transfer any documentation requested by the landlord, etc.
4. Move in
And that’s it, the accommodation is yours!
The landlord will now be your main point of contact, but Erasmus Play will still be here in case you have any issues. One last thing.
Don’t forget, at your arrival, you will have to pay your deposit to the landlord, along with any other fees that they specified in the landlord policies.
