How does our Reservation Process work:
Once your room is booked here, you will receive an email from the landlord requesting the necessary documents to prepare the contract. You must then proceed with paying the last rent, deposit and entry fee directly to the landlord. Your check-in is authorized ONLY 24h after this payment is confirmed in our bank account and the contract is signed.
Our check-ins are from Monday to Saturday from 4pm until 7:30pm. No check-ins on Sundays and bank holidays.
The fresh bedroom is a welcoming and comfortable space, designed to provide residents with a peaceful and restful environment. The room features a cozy bed, desk, chair and ample storage for your belongings. This is an internal room, without a window.
