Central location close to the river/downtown with excellent transport links 2 train lines more than a dozen buses to all parts of the city reachable in under 7 minutes by foot. Common areas are shared only with owner which includes recently renovated bathroom fully equipped kitchen with seating area. All bills included water, electricity, unlimited WI-FI bi-weekly cleaner for common areas. Flat is located on the 3rd floor in a building without an elevator.
