The flatshare is ideally located in the "Guillotière" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. A lot of shops, public transports, restaurants are located close at hand. The apartment is on floor #2 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and includes a large kitchen with fridge, microwave, pans, kettle, crockery, kitchen ustensils, toaster… It also has a clothes rack, an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron.
You will also find cleaning items in the flatshare: mop and bucket, bagless hoover, broom, dustpan and brush… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, housing insurance, household waste tax, condominium fees, unlimited wi-fi, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Guillotière is ideally situated in the heart of Lyon, near public transport stops (subway, bus, tram) which lead to all that Lyon has to offer. Just one bridge separates you from Bellecour square, and from the river banks the view of the majestic Hôtel Dieu is simply unmissable.

Service fee : from 290€
The service fee covers the writing of the lease but also the assistance
throughout your stay. The service fee covers the repair and maintenance of
the equipment as well as access to our ultra-reactive...
