Welcome to this modern and bright 120 sqm apartment on the top floor, newly built, located in a very central and convenient area, right in front of San Carlo Hospital and only 500 meters from San Siro Stadium. The location is strategic, surrounded by shops, bus stops, and metro stations for the lilac and red lines.
The spacious room for rent is equipped with a single bed, a comfortable desk, a two-door wardrobe, a cabinet, a kettle, a microwave, and a window that provides plenty of light. The monthly rent is 650 euros (gas, electricity, water, and condominium fees of 50€ per month paid in cash). A 350-euro deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of the contract if no damages occur.
At check-in, there is an administrative fee of 350 euros for the creation of the contract. In the event of early termination, a 2-month notice is required; if notice is not given within the agreed time frame, an additional month’s rent will be charged.

Benvenuti in questo moderno e luminoso appartamento di 120 mq all'ultimo piano, appena costruito, situato in una zona centralissima e comoda, di fronte all'Ospedale San Carlo e a soli 500 metri dallo Stadio San Siro. La posizione è strategica, circondata da negozi, fermate degli autobus e stazioni della metropolitana delle linee lilla e rossa.
La spaziosa camera in affitto è dotata di un letto singolo, una scrivania comoda, un armadio a due ante, un mobile, un bollitore, un microonde e una finestra che garantisce luminosità. Il canone mensile di 650 euro (gas, elettricita', acqua,spese condominiali 50€ al mese cash) è richiesta una cauzione di 350 euro, che sarà restituita al termine del contratto in assenza di danni.
In fase di check-in, è previsto un costo amministrativo di 350 euro per la creazione del contratto. Nel caso di disdetta anticipata, è richiesto un preavviso di 2 mesi; in assenza di preavviso nei termini stabiliti, verrà addebitata una mensilità aggiuntiva.
