It is only yours, in which you can enjoy full privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area.

Neighborhood/building: Our Drummond St location is within a short walking distance to Mount Royal Park, Museum of Fine Arts, Bell Centre, McGill, and Concordia universities. Conveniently nearby is the vibrant Crescent St where restaurants, cafes, and pubs can be found. With Peel metro station being a short walk away, as well as the multiple bus lines that run along Sherbrooke and Docteur-Penfield, transportation throughout the city is simple.
