We have a Duplex, me and my husband live on the first floor and we rent out the apartment upstairs. You will have access to the kitchen, living room, and balcony. it's on a quiet dead-end street, and the bus terminal is on the corner 2 mins away. It is close to, Grocery stores, corner stores, Pharmacies, Shopping centers, and the waterfront...... In general, it takes approximately 1hr by bus and metro to get to downtown Montreal.
We speak French, English, Italian, and Spanish.
