Studio apartment of about 20sqm with kitchenette and kitchen in private located in the heart of the campus of Parma furnished in a functional and modern way; equipped with central air conditioning system (hot/cold), LED TV, WiFi internet connection, there is also a landline phone with unlimited national calls to landlines and mobiles.
The facility, thanks to its location and modern and welcoming design, manages to meet both the needs of students for medium-long stays who want a quiet and hospitable environment easily accessible from the highway by car or within walking distance of the main BUS lines to and from the center of Parma.
The monthly fee is inclusive of: utilities, gym, Study Rooms, Relaxation Rooms, Wi-Fi Connection throughout the campus, Large Green, Copier's Office always available, video room and internet point, H24 On-Call Service, Maintenance.
