The main building of the institution is located in the centre of the city, in the Old Town district. The classes taught here are from the faculties of:

• Hussite Theology: It is in the Krč neighbourhood, south of the centre of Prague, about 25 minutes away by public transport.

• Catholic Theology: is to the northwest of the centre, in Praha 6.

• Protestant Theology: located in New Town, Nové Město, near the old town.

• Law: in the Old Town, Staré Město, next to Čechův Most bridge and Moldova river.

• Second Faculty of Medicine: it is in Praha 5, in the Motol neighbourhood.

• Third Faculty of Medicine: in the area of ​​Praha 10, in the Stromky neighbourhood.

Campus in Pilsen

This city is one of the campuses of the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University. It is in the Pilsen 1 area, to the north of the historic centre of this city.

Campus en Hradec Králové

Part of the CUNI facilities in this city are located in the Šimkovy sady park, north of the old town. There is the Faculty of Medicine. For its part, the Faculty of Pharmacy is south of the centre of Hradec Králové, on the other side of the Orlice river to it.

These two central neighbourhoods are the most chosen to live near CUNI, since many of its faculties are located in them. Of course, keep in mind that Prague is a very touristy city and these areas are where the apartments that tourists choose to rent are concentrated, so it can be very noisy.

Malá Strana

It is located on the other side of the Vltava River from the centre, and to the west of it. It is suitable for those students who want to find accommodation near the faculties of Nový Veleslavin, being at the same time close to the most frequented leisure sites.

Roudná (Pilsen)

This area of ​​Pilsen is residential, but it also has several restaurants and bars frequented by students, as it is located near the campus of the city's Faculty of Medicine.

The CUNI offers the possibility of applying for a place in some of its residences for students in the three cities in which their faculties are found. In them normally, rooms are double, unless you have a justified health problem for which you have to be in a single room.
