The flatshare is located in the "Patte d'Oie" neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Plenty of public transports, restaurants, shops are located close at hand. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely equipped and includes a complete kitchen with fridge, crockery, kitchen ustensils, toaster, microwave, pans, kettle… It also has a clothes rack, an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, water, condominium fees, electricity.

All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

Patte-d’Oie neighbourhood - where you can find this stunning furnished flatshare - is located on the left bank of the River Garonne, just behind Saint-Cyprien. This neighbourhood, just like Saint-Cyprien, is nowadays booming. Etienne Bilière Avenue is the shopping street where you will find all kind of shops – from food shops to clothes ones.
