the Pedestrian Area the begins from Piazza Donatori del Sangue, a few steps away from Piazza Ferretto.
In the surrounding area you can find anything you need: Supermarkets, the Public Library where many Studentsgather to study, the Gym Centre “John Reed”, but also many restaurants, pubs and bars where young people go. The street is also strategic for the use of public transports:
The bus stop is in front of the building and there you can also catch the buses to go to Venice.
Moreover, the Tram Stop is 50 metres away, in Via Cappuccina.
The apartment is made up of: 5 Single Bedrooms, 2 Large Bathrooms with shower/ bathtub, a Living Relax Room and a Kitchen with a Terrace.
THE PRICE OF ROOM "C" WITH SINGLE BED IS 400€
Besides, to the price of the room, 80 € for our ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA will be added. This includes:
-All the bills (Electricity, Water, Gas, Heating)
- All the expenses for the condominium
- Optical Fiber Internet Wi-FI
- Assistance service in case of Maintenance Works
- An Apartment Manager at your disposal to help you in everything you need
You will also have a Chat Group of the apartment in case of need or emergency and to communicate with your Apartment Manager. We will intervene with our technicians, so you will not have to worry about anything 😊
The rental agreements are individual.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the rental contract. To finalize your reservation, you must:
✔ Pay 2 months’ deposit within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Pay the administration fee within 48 hours of receiving the contract
✔ Submit all required documents for the contract registration
⚠️ If you do not provide the required payments and documents within 7 days of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
🔔 Please note: Rent payments are made bimonthly or quarterly.
