we easy going family ,that is me ben, belinda my wife and my daughter carmen . quiet place with handy to bus stops and shops. english is our main spoken language.

• each spacious room is fully furnished with queen bed, full linens, build-in large wardrobe, bedside table & lamps, desk & chair, and
• just 2min walk to bus stops and then you can hop on buses to wellington CBD(city centre).

• the street is very safe even walking in the midnight. We have been hosting international students from china, japan, Europe and middle east….
