Private room in a nice and bright flat with terraces in the 9th district of Vienna. Centrally located in very safe area, very good local amenities supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, ... public transport in all directions, close to first district. We are a household of mother and teenage daughter, and we own a dog. In case, a tenant does not want the double bed, it can be exchanged with a single bed.
