The building is highly sustainable and eco-friendly. The studio is fitted with air conditioning that can both cool and heat, powered by the solar panels on the roof. The property has a modern design, giving it a chic look. The Scandinavian interior ensures the studio is bright and airy. The space is cleverly utilized with a desk bed, which serves as a 160x200 bed when unfolded and a desk when folded, maximizing space efficiency.

Economist Balcony
The Economist balcony apartments are our Economist studios on all floors other than the ground floor. They offer the same benefits as the Economist, such as a desk bed, a large piece of furniture that separates the living area from the sleeping area, and a sofa bed, which is ideal for guests.
