Maximale Mietdauer über das System buchbar: 18 Monate.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert. Bettwäsche und persönliche Textilien sind jedoch nicht Bestandteil der Ausstattung.

Top Lage in Frankfurt
● Lage: Das Zimmer befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Frankfurt-Bockenheim. Bockenheim ist ein lebendiges, studentisch geprägtes Viertel mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, kleinen Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
● Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: Der Bahnhof Frankfurt (Main) West sowie Bus- und weitere ÖPNV-Verbindungen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch gelangt man schnell in die Innenstadt sowie zu anderen Stadtteilen Frankfurts.
● Auch für Studierende ist die Lage praktisch: Der Campus Bockenheim der Goethe-Universität mit Universitätsbibliothek und weiteren Einrichtungen befindet sich in der Umgebung. Über Bockenheim bestehen zudem gute Verbindungen zum Campus Westend.

Monatlich sind 50€ für eine externe Reinigungskraft fällig, um die allgemeinen Flächen wie Bad, Flur und Küche in unregelmäßigen Abständen zu reinigen.

● Location: The room is centrally located in Frankfurt-Bockenheim. Bockenheim is a lively, student-oriented neighborhood with many cafés, restaurants, small shops, and shopping options.
● Public transportation connections are excellent: Frankfurt (Main) West train station, as well as bus and other public transit stops, are just a few minutes’ walk away. This allows for quick access to downtown and other parts of Frankfurt.
● The location is also convenient for students: Goethe University’s Bockenheim campus, including the university library and other facilities, is located nearby. There are also good connections to the Westend Campus via Bockenheim.

A monthly fee of €50 is charged for an external cleaning service to clean common areas such as the bathroom, hallway, and kitchen at irregular intervals.
