- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

Welcome to a bright and modern studio , located on theupper ground floor , ideal for medium-term stays in Heraklion.

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and I have been hosting Erasmus students for many years, so I understand exactly what you need to feel at home in Heraklion.

Most residents in the building are Erasmus students, making it a friendly, safe, and international environment.

The apartment is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, ensuring privacy and restful sleep. The living area is cosy and functional, while the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge and all necessary kitchenware, making everyday cooking easy and convenient.

The bathroom is well-maintained, featuring a walk-in shower. The apartment also includes a washing machine , air conditioning for cooling and heating, and reliable WiFi.

Bright, clean and practical, this apartment is designed to make you feel at home from day one, with the added comfort of outdoor space.

The apartment is located in Heraklion, Crete , right next to the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU). A bus stop is outside the building, providing easy access to the city centre and other areas of Heraklion.

The neighbourhood is safe, well-connected and particularly popular with Erasmus students and university staff , offering a friendly and international living environment.
