- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

Welcome to a bright and modern 1-bedroom apartment , located on thefloor and featuring a private courtyard , ideal for medium-term stays in Heraklion.

The apartment is fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, offering a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, ensuring privacy and restful sleep. The living area is cosy and functional, while the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge and all necessary kitchenware, making everyday cooking easy and convenient.

The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, featuring a walk-in shower. The apartment also includes a washing machine , air conditioning for cooling and heating, and reliable WiFi.

Bright, clean and practical, this apartment is designed to make you feel at home from day one, with the added comfort of outdoor space.

The apartment is located in Heraklion, Crete , right next to the Hellenic Mediterranean University (HMU). A bus stop is directly outside the building, providing easy access to the city centre and other areas of Heraklion.

The neighbourhood is safe, well-connected and particularly popular with Erasmus students and university staff , offering a friendly and international living environment.
