The apartment is located in the heart of San Frediano, in the Oltrarno city center. It is close to the central train station, tram connections, supermarkets, and the Cascine park.
The apartment has been fully renovated and features new appliances (including a washer and dryer), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright panoramic living room. There is also a rooftop balcony, ideal for summer aperitifs and dinners, relaxing with the Arno breeze, or sunbathing in complete privacy.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one is currently occupied and has an en-suite bathroom; the second room is for rent and includes exclusive use of the other bathroom; the third room is currently used as a home studio. The apartment is very quiet and bright and is currently inhabited by one person and two very shy cats. It is located on the second and top floor (no elevator) of a peaceful building.
Water, gas and electricity are excluded and will be divided, while the remain utilities are included. Bed and bathroom linen/duvets can be provided if needed.
Ideally, the tenant should be a working professional around 30 years old, fully comfortable living with pets. No care for the cats is required, as they are fully provided for, but being comfortable sharing spaces with them is essential.
