Climatisation dans chaque pièce, cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, frigo, four et lave-linge inclus). L’immeuble se trouve a 5 min a pied des plages, a 20 min a pied du Campus de la Bastide et a 10 min en voiture du Palais des Festivals; proche de l’école de journalisme,l'IUT, Faculté des Métiers, Ecole hôtelière,... Gare "Le Bosquet" (Cannes) a 3 min a pied, arrêt de bus a 2 min a pied, aéroport de Cannes-Mandelieu a 10 min en voiture et possibilité de parking dans les rues autour de l'immeuble.
