Bed linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, cookware and a washing machine are available, as well as a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
The rent is an all-inclusive rent: ancillary costs, heating, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included, there are no additional payments. The apartment is designed for one person or a couple sharing the double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Rental period minimum 3, maximum 12 months. Rental directly by the owner.
