In the south of Aachen, directly next to the Aachen Stadtwald, we are renting out a fully furnished 2-room flat with a large terrace.
The flat is 57.10 m² and furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a large built-in wardrobe and a double bed in the bedroom. There is a wardrobe in the hallway and a dining table with chairs as well as a sofa, an armchair and 2 SMART-TVs.
One parking space can be rented separately in front of the house. An e-charging point is available directly at the house.
The house is equipped with fibre optics from NetAachen and Sat-TV. HighSpeed WiFi is included in the rate.

The house is built as a so-called KfW 55 "renewable energy" efficiency house and is heated with geothermal energy.
