Moderne keuken met vaatwasser. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. Glasvezel wifi incl. Eigen dakterras op 4 hoog en gedeeld terras op 6e etage met de buren. Super uitzicht over Amsterdam. Kamers voor verhuur (1 slaapkamer en eigen studeer/woonkamer) liggen op 5e etage naast elkaar. In totaal 19m2. Gemeubileerd met veel kastruimte. Ikzelf gebruik kamer op 4e etage en de woonkamer op de 4e etage. Keuken, badkamer, wc, hallen zijn gedeeld. Keuken ligt in mijn woonkamer. Belangrijk: derde huisgenoot is de liefste hond van Amsterdam: mini-Labrador mix Morris. Hij komt alleen op de 4e verdieping dus nooit in jouw kamers. Hij is lief en speels.
