Our apartment has a free room starting from June 1st! It is a lovely place a few minutes walking from tram line 1, and 15 minutes walking from tram line 17. At a few minutes walking distance, there is an Albert Heijn and Etos. With a 15 minute walk, you will be in Osdorpplein, with restaurants, and more options for supermarkets such as Jumbo, Dirk, Lidl. Located in Osdorp, the room comes with the furniture that you can see in pictures below for a price of €700. That includes wardrobe, bed frame with mattress, lamp, small side table, drawer, and TV stand. TV not included. Small items can be taken out, and the price can the of course be rediscussed. As a new tenant in our home, you are able to do what you wish with it if you do not want to keep it, and you can paint the walls in your room as you wish. The rent price is €685, with utilities included (gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi).✨ We are looking to create an all-women space, so we have a strong preference for women candidates, either working or studying, or both. We are looking for someone who can maintain a clean, friendly space, where we can all respect each other’s privacy. The room comes with registration. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared.☘️The apartment block has a shared garden space and balcony.
