The landlord accepts and payment is made

Dear prospective tenant,

This spacious and fully furnished private room is located in a well-connected residential area of Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Postjesweg metro station is approximately five minutes away on foot, providing convenient connections to Amsterdam city centre.

Parks, supermarkets, shops and various restaurants are located nearby.
The room offers direct access to a balcony and is comfortably arranged with separate sleeping, living and working areas. It includes:

Municipal address registration (BRP) is permitted, provided that the tenant genuinely resides at the property and meets the requirements of the Municipality of Amsterdam.
