A newly renovated, fully furnished private room (12m²) is available in a shared household, with access to a shared living room (23m²), kitchen, and bathroom. The living room is also fully furnished, including a couch, table, 4 chairs, and a closet. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment has a wooden floor and offers WiFi. The bathroom and kitchen is shared with 3 of those 4 international girls. It is perfectly situated at the corner of the Jordaan and Westerpark where either expats or local people living here. Public transport stops in front of the apartment. It is not the touristic side of town, so you can perfectly sleep at night. Just a very safe and calm area. The rent is €1075 per month, all-inclusive. The room is available from the 1st of February. Most likely there will be other rooms available earlier in the same house. Registration is possible, and you will be offered a contract. The initial contract is for 9 months, which can be extended if everything goes well. The atmosphere is informal and homely, with everyone getting along easily. We all appreciate a more adult setting with a clean household to live in. No couples. Preferable the age between 18 and 24. That’s why we prefer a person who does not work/study from home during working hours. We all study at the library/ work/ following classes during daytime (working hours).
