  • The total housing cost is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments.

  • Each instalment is due on the 1st day of the month.

  • The monthly payment includes the base rent, all mandatory fees, and any applicable premiums or add-ons.


  • A guarantor is required to be financially responsible for the lease agreement.

  • The guarantor must reside in the United States.

  • The guarantor must be at least 25 years of age.
