Old Brick is a beautifully renovated building of over 600 m², located at Oudesteenweg 108 in a quiet neighborhood close to shops, public transport, and Antwerp Central Station.
The building consists of spacious studios, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette—offering residents privacy, comfort, and independence.
Exceptional shared amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a dining area, dedicated workspaces, and a cozy lounge—all designed to foster connection and well-being.
The community will primarily consist of international expats and young professionals who value comfort, design, and meaningful connections. All common areas will be professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.
The building is currently undergoing full renovation and will officially open its doors in September 2025.
