Our cozy apartment (freshly renovated) has everything you need for a pleasant stay in the middle of Augsburg. The approximately 44 m² are divided into a bedroom with a work area, a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower, a hallway with a wardrobe and shoe cabinet, a balcony with a garden area for your own use.

In the bedroom you will find a very comfortable bed (140 m wide) with a large bed box (very thick mattress with topper and washable mattress protector), several pillows (washable) and a four-season duvet (washable), a desk with chair, a dressing table with stool and a very large wardrobe (100 cm x 210 cm) with enough hangers.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed with lots of pillows and a blanket, an extendible dining tacble with 4 chairs, shelves for small items and a Smart TV with cable connection (fees are included). A WiFi router is installed and connected with the TV. Download speed is up to 250Mbit/s.

The bathroom impresses with its modern design: plenty of storage space, bathtub and shower (with rain shower) with glass partition and light strips, radiator as a towel warmer; a hairdryer is also available.

In the hallway you will find a spacious wardrobe with hangers, a shoe cabinet and a large mirror.
On the small balcony facing south, 2 comfortable chairs and a table invite you to linger. A staircase leads down to the small part of the garden (which is being mowed).
