The flat is located on the ground floor in a multi-party building with a total of 5 residential units and is not suitable for shared flats or families with children.

The flat is within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes) to Augsburg town hall square and Citygalerie with all necessary shopping facilities nearby in a beautiful old town area with many cafés and restaurants. Good access to public transport and by car to all ring and arterial roads as well as the A8 motorway.
