This apartment was recently refurbished on a grand scale and awaits you with a fresh & modern design in jungle design.
The location is very good and quiet:
3 minutes to the tram stop and 15 minutes by train to the center and the old town. In only 4 km to the fair or university.
You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee or a Pukka tea and enjoy all the nice amenities and the beautiful river view.
The apartment has a comfortable double bed, a large smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and everything you need.
The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washer-dryer and ironing facilities in the apartment.
Of course we provide fresh towels, a hair dryer and all important things like shower gel & shampoo.
With the comfortable 1.50 m wide sofa bed, the apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest. All windows can be blacked out.
Directly in the courtyard next to the building you have your own garage available free of charge.

You have direct access to the apartment and in the courtyard via a small door behind the parking spaces direct access to the park on the Wertach with walking paths, playgrounds and benches to relax.
