The landlord accepts and payment is made

HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Located on Carrer de Pere IV, in the lively district of Sant Martí/Poble Nou, this space enjoys an excellent location that combines the charm of a residential neighborhood with easy access to some of Barcelona’s most attractive areas.
The neighborhood offers a wide variety of supermarkets, local shops, cafés, and restaurants, as well as excellent public transport connections that make it easy to reach the city center. Within walking distance, you will find Barcelona’s beautiful beaches and various parks and green spaces.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate email from the agency with the following steps to complete the reservation process and arrange check-in with the agency.
Check-ins can be arranged from Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 17:30, or outside office hours, with an additional fee of €85 + 21% VAT.
