The second bedroom is cozy in design with lots of storage space and access to an internal patio, furnished with chairs and a table. The patio also leads to the office space, complete with a dedicated workstation. The detached bathroom is clean and functional in design.
The open plan living room and kitchen is a mark above the rest. Light streams into the space from the large doors that open up to a French balcony to allow the air to flow during the warmer months. If it’s too hot outside to open the windows, Encina comes with air conditioning in all rooms for maximum comfort.
