BEDROOMS: Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit. Agency fees for bedroom is 195 EUR 1 person --- 275 EUR 2 persons. Rooms with couples allowed: 100 supplement per month. WHOLE APARTMENTS: Agency fee for Studio or Apartment is 847 EUR. Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month. Final cleaning service not included, deducted from the deposit 100 EUR per study, 150 EUR 2 rooms 200 EUR 3 rooms.
