The apartment and rooms are fully designed and stylishly furnished by our team of interior designers. We only accept medium-long term stays for students and young professionals for domestic use. Under no circumstances do we accept tourist stays. The tenant must sign the contract no later than 48 hours immediately after paying the deposit. The maximum duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as many times as you want.
