BEDROOMS: Final cleaning not included, 50 EUR are deducted from the deposit. Agency fees for bedroom is 195 EUR 1 person --- 275 EUR 2 persons. Rooms with couples allowed: 100 supplement per month. WHOLE APARTMENTS: Agency fee for Studio or Apartment is 847 EUR. Separate monthly expenses of 150 EUR fixed per month.
