Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

Eixample is a vibrant, architecturally stunning neighborhood in the heart of Barcelona, known for its unique grid layout and wide streets. The age range of our Colivers is between 19 and 35 years old, including both men and women from all around the world. All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates. In general, our community consists of people pursuing master's degrees and/or working professionals.
