Room available in a shared flat in Guinardó. I’m looking for a peaceful, sociable and respectful roommate. Please note that there is a cat in the flat, so you should be comfortable living with pets. The flat is just a 5-minute walk from Guinardó | Hospital de Sant Pau metro station (L4, yellow line) and a 12-minute walk from Camp de l’Arpa station (L5, blue line).
The plqce is peacefull and we can get to city center quickly (Paseo de Gràcia) with the metro.
