In addition to being completely furnished and equipped, the apartments feature expansive wraparound terraces that allow for al fresco dining and sunbathing. All of the apartments feature electricity, water, air conditioning, and heating, as well as smart meters. Every apartment has smart TVs and streaming (Netflix, etc.). The power comes from renewable sources. There are built-in closets and 200 cm by 90 cm beds with underbed storage in each room. There is also a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, and a bedside table. Every room has blackout drop-down roller shades, and every window is double-paned. Every room has a lockable door. Every room includes two sets of bed linens and towels, as well as a plush bathrobe. The property offers her modern, flexible, safe, and secure accommodation with some truly amazing amenity spaces rarely found in co-living properties anywhere. The following are included:

Included in the monthly rent is EUR 50 for utilities. This excludes any use of air conditioning. Prior to moving in, tenants are required to make a utility deposit, which is fully refundable if utility usage does not exceed EUR 50/month. If the usage per apartment exceeds EUR 200/month (4 tenants x EUR 50), then the excess usage is split between the tenants based on their occupancy of the room in the apartment. The utility deposit for stays up to 4 months is 150 euros, and for stays over 4 months, it is 200 euros. The utility deposit must always be kept topped up at the required amount. The utility deposit balance is returned once the bills have been received by us. TENANTS STAYING UP TO 1 MONTH DO NOT NEED TO PAY A UTILITY DEPOSIT.

If your plans change and you decide to leave earlier than expected, please keep in mind that we’ve already paid this commission in advance. In that case, we’ll simply ask you to cover the portion that corresponds to the part of your original stay you didn’t use.

Kindly note that for stays up to 3 months, the deposit is 1.5 months of rent. Of this, as per the legal requirements, a 1-month deposit will be lodged with Incasol. The remainder of the deposit will be lodged with habitelle. All the deposits will be returned within 30 to 60 days.
