El piso tiene baño, aseo, cocina y salón espaciosos. Tiene un total de 4 habitaciones, por lo que compartes con 3 chicas que estudian o trabajan, que gran parte del tiempo, están fuera del piso debido a sus ocupaciones. Se respira un ambiente familiar, acogedor y con muy buena energía.
El edificio, característico del Eixample, cuenta con ascensor y terraza comunitaria. Destaca por su ubicación: céntrica y accesible, cercano a la estación de metro Paralelo (líneas L2 y L3) y varias estaciones autobuses. Se puede llegar andando a los sitios más importante de la ciudad, como el Casco Histórico, las Ramblas, la playa de Barcelona, Montjuic o Plaza de España, y también a varios centros de estudios, como la Universidad de Barcelona.
