The property is very well connected to the city center by metro, just a 5' walk. Residential, safe area with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and pleasant walking trails in nature. The house is new and modern.
This is a nice studio, with a kitchenette.
You will share the garden, the washing machine, and the dryer with the other 2 flats.
Utilities, except light, are included and will be charged upon consumption at the end of the rental period. There is 1 month deposit.
We are a family of 5 living on top in a private area (on the second floor).
Please note that: Visitors are not accepted and parties cannot be held.
Is mandatory to have the apartments cleaned, this will be supervised and if is not cleaned tenant will have to pay €10 an hour for the cleaning.
