What you'll need

Complete your booking on Wunderflats
On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Come on, move in
Arrange your arrival date, key handover and everything else directly with your landlord. Remember also that most providers transfer your money to the owner only 48 hours after your arrival at the house.

The building was renovated a few years ago and has been operated since August 2022 under a tailored concept designed specifically for the needs of serviced apartment guests. It features 17x 1.5-room apartments (3 with balconies), 9x 2.5-room apartments (8 with balconies), and one 4.5-room maisonette apartment with a balcony overlooking Kannenfeldpark.

Our serviced apartments are fully furnished and equipped with high-speed internet, enabling you to work efficiently. "Fully furnished" means everything is provided – from kitchen essentials like dishes and cutlery to a kettle, iron, bed linens, and towels. The smart TV ensures entertainment on rainy days, and the TV subscription is already set up when you arrive. To kick-start your mornings, a high-quality sound system is also included. With our playlists, we guarantee groovy mornings.

All furnished apartments come with spacious built-in wardrobes. If you need additional storage, we offer storage rooms in the building. Arriving by car? We’ll be happy to arrange a parking spot for you nearby. Alternatively, you can easily reach all major parts of the city from our serviced apartments using public transport or the e-scooter included with your apartment.
