The landlord accepts and payment is made
When the landlord accepts your request, the first month's rent and the management fees will be charged automatically, and the booking will then be confirmed. You will then receive the exact address and the landlord's contact details to organise your move.
Your money is protected
HousingAnywhere holds your payment and only releases it to the landlord 48 hours after you move in. If the place doesn't match the listing, report it within those 48 hours and get your money back

Room description

Single rooms available in a fully renovated 5-bedroom apartment at Piazzale San Paolo 28, Bergamo, about 10/15 minutes’ by bus from the Papa Giovanni XXIII hospital and the Medicine and Surgery school (Via Ninì da Fano). Renovation is being completed right now: the photos show the real apartment during the final works (end of October 2026). Finished-room photos will be added on [31 October] and a video tour is available from [1 November].

Rent and costs

From 550€/month, all bills included: electricity, gas, water, condominium fees, fibre internet, waste tax, routine maintenance. No extra bills, ever.
Deposit: 1 month’s rent, returned at check-out. Entry fee: €190 (contract registration, final cleaning, repainting contribution).
Common areas are cleaned by the tenants on a rota.
Pay the whole contract upfront and get a discount; no income guarantee required in that case.

Contract

Available from 3 November 2026, until 31 August 2027, renewable year after year.
Registered sub-lease contract in your name (Agenzia delle Entrate): valid for the residence permit and for the DSU “fuori sede” scholarship status. We give you the complete document set, ready to upload.
Remote booking with digital signature: secure the room before you land in Italy.
