On Wunderflats you send the booking request, and you are not charged anything until the landlord confirms. Once accepted, you pay the first month on their platform and you may be asked for an extra document, such as:

Zum Haus:
The furnished apartment is on the upper floor of a two-family house built in 1995.
The apartment was extensively renovated and partially refurbished in June 2026. In addition, the heating system for the entire house was converted from a gas boiler to a heat pump in 2026. Furthermore, a photovoltaic system has been installed on the roof.

Zur Wohnung:
The apartment is fully furnished. It is the first occupancy after an extensive renovation, partly also refurbishment.
The price includes complete furnishing.
The apartment is entered via a separate entrance, which is reached via an external staircase.
One enters it through the entrance hallway. Directly at the entrance is the guest toilet including a shower cabin.
Via a second hallway, one enters the master bedroom, children's bedroom, as well as the main bathroom including shower and bathtub.
Opposite the second hallway is another bedroom including a desk for home office.
Continuing down the entrance hallway, one reaches the living-dining-kitchen area. Here, a large, bright room combines for cooking, seating, and the living room including access to the balcony or loggia.
