It's a 4-bedroom apartment located a stone's throw from Alexanderplatz in a surprisingly quiet residential neighbourhood. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. It consists of 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen with a dining area, two shared bathrooms and a laundry/storage room. The big bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet, the smaller bathroom has a shower cabin and an additional toilet. Two bedrooms have direct access to a shared balcony.
A deposit of 1,150€ is required for all our German units. Please note that the membership fee is already included in this deposit amount.
This is located in a micro-location in Mitte in a quiet residential area only a few mins walk away from the bustling areas of Mitte and Alexanderplatz. This is just about 5 mins walk away from Jannowitzbrücke where both the S-bahn and U-bahn are available.
The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.
