The Waterfront also includes a welcoming Café for tenants and their guests, offering multiple menu options to start the day and tasteful snacks to enjoy whenever you want. All our studios are fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy the many amenities at your disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed with a premium mattress and bedside tables, an ensuite bathroom, and a versatile area with a table and two chairs, perfect to work or dine. While regular cleaning is not included, it can be booked upon request.Please note, if you are booking as a couple, there will be an additional 200€ charge added to the price of the studio.
