Also, you always have to cancel the contract with the accommodation provider the latest 2 months prior moving out. Contract can always be terminated on the 15th or end of the month, except December where move out is only possible at the end of the month. private rooms: max age 39 yo
private ensuite rooms: max age 45 yo
entire property: no age limit.
