This lovingly furnished attic apartment offers a cozy temporary home in a quiet location close to nature. It features a separate bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, and a shower room. The view of the greenery and the directly adjacent forest make it easy to unwind after a day's work.

In the bedroom, there are two single beds that can be pushed together if needed. A wardrobe provides space for personal belongings. The living room is equipped with a sofa and a television; the sofa bed can be used as an additional sleeping option.

The kitchen has a stove, an oven, and a small dishwasher. The dining table is perfect for shared meals or starting the day with a coffee. The apartment is air-conditioned and accessible via a communal hallway. It has its own apartment door.

A parking space is available directly at the house. Walks begin immediately outside the front door; the surroundings also offer opportunities for bike tours.

The city centers of Bielefeld and Gütersloh are reachable by car in about 20 minutes. Steinhagen and Isselhorst are about five minutes away.
