Welcome to THE GREEN DOOR, my charming little rear building in Bielefeld Mitte.
It is centrally located but quiet in the courtyard and has a small terrace with a view of the garden.
The cottage is centrally located in Bielefeld Mitte, only a 13-minute walk from the town hall and 20 minutes from the city center— so you are close to the action yet far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. :)
The space
The 40 square meter ground floor features a living room with a high-quality sofa bed (1.40 m fold-out mattress), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchenette, and a dining table. The living room opens onto the terrace with comfortable seating, a beach chair, and a raised herb garden.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a 1.80m bed and a workspace, as well as a modern shower room. From there, a staircase leads to the sleeping alcove, which offers another cozy place to sleep with a 1.20 m x 2.20 m mattress. It is suitable for one adult or 1-2 children.
P.S. The bathtub is not really suitable for unathletic claustrophobics or very tall people, as it is located under the stairs. ;)
