Requirements for students: - Enrollment for university studies that they are going to take - passport or ID - details of your guarantor who must be your father, mother or legal guardian. Guarantors who do not meet these requirements are not valid. They have to send the ID or passport of their guarantor. If it is not a guarantor from the Schengen zone, a double deposit is required.
Requirements for workers: Employment contract and last payroll must be greater than €1,200 if it is a single room and €1,500 if it is a double room. If they do not have an employment contract and their payroll does not reach these amounts, they have to pay a double deposit.
